RETURN POLICY

Returns / Refunds
Only Boldly has a 30-day return policy. Any returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unopened, unused, and with the original packaging intact). Any items sent back that are not in the original condition are not eligible for refund.

To start a return, be sure to contact us at hi@onlyboldly.com or by using our Contact form. We'll issue you a return shipping label (cost will be deducted from your total refund amount), as well as instructions on where to ship your item.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and a refund (minus any shipping fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as digital products. Additionally, we do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
